My name is Jade and I am a licensed massage therapist. I practice a multitude of modalities including but not limited to; Sports Massage, Kinesiology Taping, TMJD Relief, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, and Cupping.

I am very passionate about healthy living and body awareness. I really enjoy changing and adapting to new ways of thinking and I believe strongly that all people have the strength to filter out negative habits and replace them with positive ones.

I am very passionate about healthy living and body awareness. I really enjoy changing and adapting to new ways of thinking and I believe strongly that all people have the strength to filter out negative habits and replace them with positive ones. 
Massage Therapy can be beneficial for stress relief, improving sleep, decreasing DOMS, increasing mobility, and so much more!

I work primarily with athletes and those trying to increase muscle recovery.  I spend a lot of time working with clients who have experienced bicipital tendon slips, rotator cuff injuries, ligament tears in the knees, pain with pronation and supination of the wrist, low back pain, and achilles tendon pain. All of those things come with compensation patterns, and I am very passionate about helping people recover.

In my free time I enjoy riding my bike, taking walks, gardening, baking, sewing, crocheting and spending time with friends and family.

Jade was amazing! She held firm pressure and her knowledge of anatomy was extensive. She used cupping as well which felt great. I highly recommend!

Jade is a healer! She listened to my concerns and session goals, and delivered. She truly customized the session to target my pain points and I walked away feeling so much better than when I walked in. When leaving the session, she also shared additional self massage tips to further my healing. Will definitely return!
