I became interested in massage therapy so that I could help people. Massage is a great way for active people to continue doing the activities you love and that is my goal as a therapist. I want you to come see me and leave feeling better. It is important to be proactive in your own health. The best way to do that is to do everything you can to stay healthy; being active and eating healthy are a great place to start! My role as a massage therapist is to keep you doing what you love.
When I'm not at work, I am an outdoor enthusiast who is currently training for Half Iron Man distance triathlon. I also enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and hanging out with my husband and our dog, (not necessarily in that order). I believe that being active and living healthy plays a huge role in the happiness we experience in life, and I encourage everyone to do what you love and love what you do!

Working at LaVida has allowed me to get a lot of needed experience working with my own clients as well as having other therapists to discuss treatment plans with.
working in Physical Therapy is what gave me the idea to persue my carreer in Massage Therapy. I learned a lot about the Human body, specifically the musculo-skeletal system.
