I have wanted to be a massage therapist since I was 10. I don't really know why, but it was a calling for me. I haves always loved to do things with my hands, I drew art regularly and love to cook. My first career was in the restaurant business. I couldn't get massage out of my head and one day enrolled at The Academy of Healing Arts in Macon, Ga. and quit my job. I approach massage therapy differently from most. I look at the whole body and dissect the problems/concerns both together and separately to help achieve homeostasis. I worked with a Chiropractor for 5 years and trained extensively on injuries and rehabilitation. I also worked 5 years with Hospice patients. This experience has given great relief to clients with Alzheimer's/Dementia, Parkinson's, COPD, cancer, and rehabilitative therapy for injuries, strokes and surgery.

Core Massage
Working with hospice patients for 5 years has been the most empowering and humbling experience wrapped together. I gained experience and insight to how the body functions and also how it doesn't function when things go wrong. i was able to help hundreds of people reduce their pain, fears, anxiety, and loneliness. i have helped patients with Cancer, Alzheimer's/Dementia, Parkinson's, COPD, Strokes, etc.
I contracted with Dr. Gaudet D.C. for 5 years. I gained excellent experience working on hundreds of different clients. Neck and low back was the most common but I also learned about bones + joints and their relationship with the muscles. This experience helped mold me to by the Massage therapist I am today.
