Tonya has truly changed my life. I came to her with constant low back pain, and after her myofascial release sessions, I can honestly say my low back is pain-free. I’ve been able to work out again, build strength, and just move through my days feeling healthier. She’s not only skilled at what she does, she genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and understand what your body needs. I’m so grateful for her.

Tonya is a God sent. The way she knows what your body needs by a quick consult, with no machines, can only be a gift. After years of discomfort, that I assumed came with age , she has shown me there is such thing as a pain free life, and I am Never going back!!
