My integrated bodywork often combines connective tissue, with neuromuscular and deep tissue therapies. I also enjoy incorporating active isolated stretching with energy work. The challenge of helping you overcome injuries and limitations is of upmost importance to me.

In addition to this I hold my Pennsylvania License . Some of my extended certifications include: Hot Stone Therapy, Reiki Level 1&2, Stretching, Prenatal, Equine Sports and Canine Massage.
