My formal massage training occurred in Gold River, CA while we were in Sacramento for my husband's job; but I have been dabbling in the field unofficially since I was at least 7 years old. I have been licensed in North Carolina since 2008 and am also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage through IAIM-Sweden.

My work is most easily identified as Integrative Swedish. Everything I have learned over the years gets thrown in on top of a Swedish foundation as needed. Other modalities that may make an appearance include Thai, vacu-cupping, magnetic cupping, Integrated Neuromuscular, deep tissue techniques, positional release, etc.

I utilize 100% coconut oil with nothing added--please notify me if you need substitution.
