    • My forte is versatility so I am good at helping the body regain pain free movement.  I'm an athlete/massage therapist so my spectrum falls under people with active life styles that...

    • My forte is versatility so I am good at helping the body regain pain free movement.  I'm an athlete/massage therapist so my spectrum falls under people with active life styles that deal with stress relief, sciatica, tight hamstrings, headaches,  lower back pain, plantar fascitis, and tight shoulders.  Understanding that as massage therapist we are helping promote proper muscle function by releasing tight areas gradually, and trigerring  the body to take on the healing effect.   Always staying in tune with the client, also empathizing with the client, it's never about me its ALWAYS about the client's comfort and tolerance level.
