Erhard Schoeffmann specializes in advanced therapeutic massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy while integrating elements of myofascial release, craniosacral and thai modalities. He is certified in vacuum therapy (medical cupping), which he regularly incorporates in his therapeutic practice. 

As the deep tissue specialist at the Prama Wellness Center in Marshall, Erhard loves taking part in the personal transformational process facilitated by retreat center settings. His interest in bodywork for trauma has led him to volunteer for Helios Warriors, an interdisciplinary healing arts space for veterans in Asheville. He serves clients in the greater Asheville and Marshall areas through his practice Omega Bodywork (www.omegabodywork.com.) 

Erhard graduated from the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga where he received 675 hours of training including 100 hours of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
