When I slowed down enough to get to know myself, I found so many pleasures in the stillness. It was easy and free. If I can provide someone else with just a taste of that slowed pace, it will change them. I believe there is healing in massage.

I am finally happily married with 2 grown daughters. I love to learn and have found great enjoyment in finding out more about our human bodies; how they work, what they need; how the mind, body, and spirit all work together. I am fascinated with essential oils and the wonderful natural alternatives to medicine and hope to incorporate them into my practice.

Terri worked specifically on my back and neck. I currently have a possible bulging disc in my neck causing pain in the left side of my neck and down my left arm. She pin pointed muscles in that area to work to get the tightness out from around my spine to get the pressure off my vertebrae. She eased my pain while I was there. Terri can really get deep into your muscles. She is great with deep tissue massages. I went ahead and booked another appointment with her while I was there as I really want my neck issue to heal. With her plus therapy I’m hoping for good results!
