When I slowed down enough to get to know myself, I found so many pleasures in the stillness. It was easy and free. If I can provide someone else with just a taste of that slowed pace, it will change them. I believe there is healing in massage.

I am finally happily married with 2 grown daughters. I love to learn and have found great enjoyment in finding out more about our human bodies; how they work, what they need; how the mind, body, and spirit all work together. I am fascinated with essential oils and the wonderful natural alternatives to medicine and hope to incorporate them into my practice.

I've seen Terri twice. She is so kind and friendly, but if you just want to relax, she isn't going to talk your ear off. I feel like she let's you take the lead. She was so attuned to my body and able to target areas of concern. She made it easy to check in regularly about how I was feeling and what areas I wanted to focus on more.

Dealing with lower back, leg and foot pain. I have plenty of issues that she identifies and helps release. She communicates so well. I am use to dealing with pain but she allows my body to slowly respond. As the tension releases I leave feeling so much better.

Communication is key. She tells me what she feels underneath the skin. I can tell her how it feels. We have a pain threshold that we work within usually 4-5, no higher. Very important to have quality interaction.
