Hi everyone, I am Suzanne
Gray and have been practicing massage and colon hydrotherapy for 30 years in the Tampa Bay area. Colon therapy was a “ foreign” concept for me until I met
my mentor, Brenda Watson. After receiving colon hydrotherapy sessions, I realized how it changed my life and how I perceived the body. The "GUT"is the plumbing of your body. If the colon is not clean, the rest of your body will be effected. It is like the"Holy Grail" of your body.
My years of massage therapy integrated with
colon therapy brought my passion to the forefront. After all, not everyone
could deal with poop!
I had suffered with
constipation over the years and saw the difference that colon hydrotherapy made
in my over all health. I further my studies in digestive health and related
areas such as various massage therapy techniques, color and light therapy and essential oils.
I was the first colon therapist
in a gastroenterologist office prepping the doctor'a patients for colonoscopies and fecal transplants. Today I work with doctors and other health practitioners from the traditional and holistic approaches. I have worked
with ages 4-96 years young.
My approach has expanded to a
more in depth approach to the integration of body/mind /spirit. Did you know that the
gut is also known as The Second Brain. Our thoughts can manifest in our bodies.
Learning and studying with Dr. Darrell Wolfe I have had an
opportunity to experience first hand how scar tissue can restrict our body to
heal as well as our thoughts. I am a Master Trainer in Wolfe Deep Tissue, NonsurgicalAesthetic Face Lift, Breast Lift and Abdominal Lift. I am also Certified as Life Coach.
Change your thoughts, change
your health, and change your life. Our issues are hidden in the tissues.
I am a memeber of I-ACT, International Assoicaitio of Colon Therapy, and served on the board for 8 years. I was awarded the VIP Award in 2011.
I have been teaching Colon Therapy nationally and internationally for over 25 years.
