Amanda graduated from the College of Southern Maryland with her Associates of Applied Science in Massage Therapy in 2007. She practiced massage therapy in St. Mary's county until 2015 when she took a break from massage therapy to grow her family and her nursing career. She is also a Registered Nurse with many years experience in the fields of medical surgical, cardiac, and geriatrics with recent cross training to labor, delivery and postpartum care.

Her specialty is individualizing bodywork for repetitive use injuries, with special attention to trigger points, stress management and medical integrative massage therapy.
