Terrific knowledge of anatomy really helped release very tight tissue. I also appreciated the very skilled use of mobilization techniques. Despite the depth of the work I never for one moment felt uncomfortable, either with the work itself or giving feedback.

I loved the massage so much I booked a second massage in the same week…I know this is something we all want to do and I did it. The first massage was the 80 minute hot stone massage and the second one was the 50 minute therapeutic massage. Irene’s technique, pressure, and attention to details make her stand out from everyone else. I absolutely loved every moment spent at Calm Moments Massage and I’m sure you will too especially after a long day of skiing!
