Hello there! My name is Tina. I'm a licensed massage therapist, certified in Swedish massage and prenatal massage. I'm proficient in relaxation techniques and deep tissue. I graduated from the Parkland Massage Therapy program in 2009 and have been keeping my hands wonderfully busy since then. Deep Muscle Therapy

The healing powers of hot and cold, combined in a single massage. A heated gel applied to the muscles penetrates deeply into the muscle fibers, mimicking a deep tissue massage, yet either a medium pressure. Directly followed by the application of a cold gel, which soothes the muscles for maximum relief of muscle soreness.

Aromatherapy
