The human body has always amazed me. It's complex and fascinating.
I decided to attend massage therapy school after my 3rd child was born. I was tired and stressed all the time and was constantly struggling to get good sleep. I scheduled a massage for myself one day and after talking with the therapist, I realized that massage was a great way to alleviate the tension and stresses my body was holding onto and to cope with my lifestyle.so, as a way to learn even more about the relationship between one's health and massage, I signed up for massage therapy school in 2017. I loved it. I thrived in the massage environment and soaked up the information.
I graduated with honors from The Academy for Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio, TX in June of 2018.
