A therapist’s focus revolves around eliciting health, balance and harmony in the whole system...on, and including, all levels. While every massage session is adapted to the needs of each individual I work with, my routine follows the 4 R’s: Relax, Release, Reset and Retrain. My approach is holistic...addressing mind, body and spirit. Animals and humans are both regarded as whole beings, multi-faceted and multidimensional. The intent of each session focuses on fostering balance, harmony and health.

My hope is that you will join me, and so many others, in an endeavor to facilitate growth and healing utilizing Reiki and Massage as powerful tools.
