I always knew I was going to be in the medical field, but wasn't sure how until I took my first hands-on massage class and simply fell in love with being able to help so many with such a wide variety of problems. Shortly after I received my Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage in April of 2014 from IBMC College, I started Sunny Day Massage LLC.

I'm known for my "Hurt-So-Good" integration technique, which is a combination of Swedish, Neuromuscular, and Trigger Point Therapies; giving my clients  relaxation and tension release. I also do Prenatal and Induction Massages to help our wonderful mommies-to-be! Being a mom myself, I love being a part of this incredible time of life. Even though Sunny Day Massage LLC is in Loveland, Colorado, I have clients that come from the surrounding cities and towns, and even some from out of state! And we are growing too! Sunny Day Massage LLC - Mobile is coming to the northern Cheyenne, WY region!

Always being around the Rocky Mountains, I love spending time out doors, whether working in my own yard, camping, hiking, or rock climbing with my husband. I'm a proud work-at-home mom of one child and love sharing life's daily lessons and watching him grow.
