As my dental assisting career was coming to an end, I needed to find my place where I could continue to help and care for others. That is when I found massage therapy.

Although I love every part of massage, I thrive in deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy and injury rehab.
Being a Colorado native I love being outside. I enjoy walks on our many trails, hiking, camping and just being someplace where I can feel the sun on my face and wind in my hair. During the cold winter months, I can be found playing outside with my kiddo or curled up on the sofa with a good movie. I also enjoy crafting, scrapbooking, listening to music, playing games and just being around my friends.
