I am a licensed massage therapist and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. As a professional member I complete a minimum of 48 hours of continuing education every four years.  I am a graduate of IBMC in Fort Collins, Colorado, and believe in outcome based massage and establishing a plan of care for clients looking for relief from pain and/or tension.  I work with each client to assess massage needs and customize every massage to achieve the desired results.  I bring positive energy to my massage sessions and will work with you to meet your massage needs.

A  full body massage is not always necessary when there are areas of focus, such as the shoulders and neck.  After reducing the pain and/or tension in the specified areas, a full body massage will be done.  Appointments will become less frequent and a maintenance plan will be established.

*** I am now offering healing sessions(energy work).  A healing session includes a consultation, a 30 minute session of acupressure/meridian balancing, and discussion.***
