I really like that we began with my selection of an affirmation card. Its message made me feel good and settled me further for the experience. I also asked that she told me what to expect and asked my permission before using a certain technique or tool. No surprises kept my mood even. She also did a good job stretching me while massaging me. My joints and muscles felt looser and less tense after the session.
