I am a Marriage & Family Therapist, specializing in stress management.  I hold a Master's Degree from Johnson University in Knoxville, TN and a certification as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor.  Previously, I was the Project Coordinator at the University of Texas on a research study in the field of stress management and mental health.
