I studied massage at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA. I am a certified medical massage practitioner. I hold certifications for cupping and intra-oral massage. Intra-oral massage is great for people suffering migraines or temporal mandibular joint dysfunction.
Yoga is something I am passionate about and graduated yoga teacher training in 2010. I offer mini, customized yoga sessions followed by an hour relaxation massage.
