I have been practicing for over 4 years. I specialize in deep tissue and strive to make you feel taller and more balanced when you leave a session with me.  I have helped many people with headaches, low back and hip pain and am able to improve circulation and range of motion through stretching and cupping. Zen is the name because my goal is to achieve maximum pain relief in the most relaxing way possible.
