I have been practicing for over 4 years. I specialize in deep tissue and strive to make you feel taller and more balanced when you leave a session with me.  I have helped many people with headaches, low back and hip pain and am able to improve circulation and range of motion through stretching and cupping. Zen is the name because my goal is to achieve maximum pain relief in the most relaxing way possible.

I’m so glad I booked a massage with Jen! I've been dealing with stubborn muscle pain, particularly in my upper back and traps, which get pulled way too easily. Her deep tissue work was amazing – she found every knot and really released the tension. I left feeling relaxed and now have so much better movement. I'll definitely be a returning client.

Jen is Amazing, I can't say enough about the relief she has brought to me over the last few years. I am guilty of not taking care of "me" like a lot of us so when I go see her, I am usually long overdue for her magical hands!!!
