After spending 20+ years in the Information Technology field I decided to pursue my true passion of helping people.

My philosophy toward personal care is the whole body needs to be addressed in order to maintain good health. Along with Medical Doctors, Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, Massage is an integral part of keeping your body in top notch shape.

I have experience with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage and Connective Tissue work.

Adam is simply phenomenal and so is his technique. When you meet Adam you will immediately notice his kind presence and compassionate regard for his clients. At each appointment, he invites me in, orients me to the space, and asks me about my goals for our session. Once we begin, Adam can quickly recognize what parts of my body need the most attention (often my shoulders, neck, and hips) and massages my muscles with a beautiful balance of strength, tenderness, and care. He’s receptive to feedback and often checks in to make sure that the table heat and his pressure feel good to my body. Afterwards, we reflect together on what we noticed and how I felt. I always leave feeling more relaxed and at ease than when I walked in the door. When I started seeing Adam, massages were an occasional self-care treat. Overtime, I’ve learned how much they help me and now I go for monthly massages. Time on Adam’s table is well spent. You will not regret investing in your wellbeing and trusting Adam to care for your body!

Adam was very professional and worked with my crazy schedule for my appointment, which was greatly appreciated! He educated me on cupping, which was a new experience for me and it was a great addition to the massage.

Adam is very good at making people feel at ease and very skilled Masseuse. I only had the pleasure of his expertise at my job where we get a 15 minute massage once a week. I will be making this a monthly treat for myself. I felt wonderful and very relaxed after.

Adam is a warm, professional, and congenial therapist , and his skill far surpasses anyone else I have been to. He wants to know what level of pressure and depth of massage you want, he will always strive to make you comfortable and happy with the results.
