Becky Sortore, CMT completed her initial massage and bodywork training at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy and became Nationally Certified in 2008. She is now currently licensed in two states and is Board Certified. Since completing her training, she has had the opportunity to work in clinical settings alongside Physical Therapists and Acupuncturists, customizing each session to fit the individual's specific needs. In a general sense, her style artfully combines deep tissue with a softer approach, helping clients achieve a state of relaxation. Becky is also trained in additional modalities such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, CranioSacral, Oncology, Prenatal, and most recently, Reiki.

Even as a child Becky was drawn to massage, her parents being the first lucky recipients to reap its benefits. Following her passion and the urging of those closest to her, she chose to pursue a formal career in the field. The role as a massage therapist has proven to be greatly rewarding. Becky has worked in end-of-life situations, volunteered her time with a cancer center in Seattle, and survived her own traumatic experience with death - all helping to guide her career in a direction that feels meaningful and allows her to find beauty in witnessing her work benefit others. Her ultimate goal is to create a safe space for her clients where they feel comfortable to begin their own healing experience.
