I am a Kentucky native and have been practicing therapeutic massage and bodywork since 2009. After attending the Louisville School of Massage, I obtained my national board certification and licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In addition to my foundation of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, I continue to study and pursue various modalities. By utilizing integrative skills, each client is provided a customized experience in their personal healing journey. This panacea of tried and true methods consists of: myofascial, trigger point, Thai, and sports related therapies. Having a background in strength training has convinced me that regularity in physical, mental, and spiritual care is essential to total vitality. This is the only fountain of youth and therapeutic massage is a necessary component in recovery.
