I have been practicing the art and science of therapeutic massage since 2009. After attending the Louisville School of Massage, I obtained national board certification and licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In addition to the foundational background of the Swedish technique, I continue to study and pursue various life changing modalities. By utilizing this expanded knowledge and integrative skills, each client is provided a customized experience in their personal healing journey.  This collaboration of tried and true methods consists of: deep tissue, myofascial release, injury rehabilitation, trigger point relief, Thai massage and other sports related therapies.

I am a rural Kentucky native and enjoy fitness in every aspect. Being a lifetime advocate of physical fitness, and especially strength training, I have determined that regularity in physical, mental, and emotional care is a must for complete health. Man has been seeking this one ultimate goal for centuries and I am hear to tell you, it is the only fountain of youth.
