It was then I fell in LOVE with massage Therapy. I went to Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2000. I have been creating the dream career ever since. I love the calm quiet of the massage room. The music and the dim lights. I love to nurture and help people. I am choosing a natural life style through natural medicine, natural cleaning and working to achieve natural nutrition. I am very interested in teaching each individual how to better care for our body and  realize the full potential of the great machine it was designed to be. '

 I focus on Neuromuscular Therapy, including trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, and deep tissue. We are not limited to these and I am skilled in Swedish to help deeply relax and drift away, Pre and Post Natal massage, sports massage for the hard core athlete or the weekend enthusiast. I am continuing to learn more modalities to help each individual better. I utilize stretching and essential oils to help each individual better on and off the massage table!

Yes, I would tell a friend about my experience and I have told many friends and they have then started going to Jana for their massages and are more than happy and pleased with her knowledge and expertise and soothing way of helping us with our issues.
