Tyler Ann has a diverse background and unique life experiences that eventually led her to pursue her true passion where science and creativity collide--the healing arts. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Missouri and previously pursued a career as a field research biologist. Years of working in harsh environments left her body in need of some serious care. Massage therapy, chiropractic adjustments, moving meditation and a healthy diet are her medicines of choice. As a quick learner, highly sensitive person, and good working with her hands, she decided to put her best skills to use in a meaningful way to help others get in touch with their bodies and find relief from chronic pain.
Guided by knowledge of anatomy and physiology, science-based massage modalities, communication with clients and a strong intuition she molds each session to the clients desires and goals. Whether you want to boost athletic performance, have residual scar tissue and misaligned muscle fibers from an injury, or have been dealing with chronic pain, she can help you find mental clarity through physical relief and get back to feeling like yourself again.
She received her massage education from the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, CA, and has been practicing massage full time since 2020. Tyler Ann pursued an advanced program offering 1250 hours of training instead of the California state minimum of 500 hours. Her love of the magical machine that is the human body led her to excel in her studies and receive top marks in class. In order to demonstrate her knowledge, critical thinking skills, and ability to provide high quality care, she became a Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworker, passing a rigorous exam to earn the United States' highest credential for massage therapists.
