As a NCAA athlete, the regime of self-care and recovery. As a student, Biochemistry with an emphasis on medical sciences and sports medicine. As a young adult, living and adapting to chronic pain and medical uncertainty which turned my studies toward holistic care modalities. I've touched 1000's of bodies, in my career. Some, only once, as a piece of their spa day and others for so long, I've seen their children become parents. For many, I am the "fixer" when their body tells them it's time to call. For others, I am an integral part of their weekly/bi-weekly/monthly regime to reach and maintain the level of health they are seeking. All have received the best of my ability. All have been my teachers, and have allowed me to live a life I love _ doing what I love.
