My name is Miguel. My background is inphysical therapy as it relates to facial restrictions. I assess biomechanics and use different types of stretch tecniques to target those fascia restrictions. . I've studied bodywork in India, Thailand and Australa. In the US I studied neuromuscular massage and Myofascial Release. I also have specific training in Rolfing, Active//Passive Isolated Stretching(AIS), proprioceotive neuromuscular facilitation ( PNF), Active Release Technique(ART). My technique is really a synergy of all that I've learned. As a therapist I study the entire person from walking patterns to fascial patterns; and I then choose the best appropriate technique/ modality. I use passive isolated stretching as a base from which I determine a persons particular neuromuscular pattern. My patients range from all ages and all lifestyles. Most of my patients are pain release patients. But I work with lots of pro and amateur athletes as well as very sedentary workers. My hope is that I will be able to help as many people as I can. All the best and maybe I'll let you soon.
