She specializes in pain management through thorough assessment of her client’s posture and movements. Through this assessment she is able to work out what muscles to focus on in each session as well as suggestions of how to continue the healing process after the massage. She also strongly believes in the psychological benefits of massage as she has helped several clients who have suffered with depression and anxiety through her gentle, healing touch.
