In 2014, I was in a low speed (35 mph) rear end collision. The damage it did to my spine, shoulder girdle, hip and knees shocked me. I spent months at the chiropractor receiving adjustments, which were excellent, but when I started receiving massage that's when I really noticed how improved I felt, how the ache and soreness of my body was communicating with me and I was feeling better. I was inspired! That is why I searched for a school that taught Medical Massage. I wanted to give that experience back to others who not only wanted to relax but feel restored, feel confident in their bodies again, and just feel better.

I attended Southern California Health Institute in North Hollywood or SOCHi for short, graduating with honors and earning my massage certificate and my license to preform and receive payment for massage.

I live in Los Angeles and work here too.
