Pregnancy Massage. I took an intro class during my training at the Swedish Insitute. I fell in love with the modality while working at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa & Salon. After working in the industry for over 5 years I became pregnant myself; at the time my love of massage for the pregnant body deepened. I am constantly awed by the life developing phase and I enjoy supporting bodies through that!
Equinox-Massage Therapist
Deep Tissue, I studied deep tissue massage while at the Swedish Institue in depth. ALmost immediately upon graduating I landed a job at the esteemed Equinox and began my career working on serious fitness enthusiast and weekend warriors who pushed their bodies to the limit. They came to see me to put it back right. I mastered the art of deep tissue while learning and developing a few techniques of my own.
