Toi, a former dancer and personal trainer originally from New York, has a long-standing interest in healing, movement and the human body. A compassionate and nurturing massage therapist with a passion for holistic wellness and a strong belief in the healing power of touch, Toi places great importance on taking care of one’s mind, body and spirit in equal measure.

Emphasizing that connection, Toi helps achieve relief of pain and discomfort through a variety of massage techniques. She individualizes each session to address her client’s specific need at the time, be it stress, muscle tension, or pain of the lower back, shoulder or neck. Toi helps provide therapeutic relief through the expert use of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Mat Pilates, as appropriate. 

Toi maintains a private practice, and is on staff at a chiropractic office in Culver City, CA.  Additionally, she teaches massage at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB) in Culver City.
