I never understood the healing power of bodywork until I received my first massage. Then I felt new things: a deep sense of balance, integration, and peace. A new life seemed possible, and immediately I wanted to know how to facilitate that for other people.

My former working life took place mostly on construction sites, on the waterfront, and in art museums and galleries. I grew up in Philadelphia, attended art school there, and lived in San Francisco for most of the 90's.
In 2005 I completed the 1,000 hour Holistic Health Practitioner/Western Studies
program at Mueller College in San Diego. In that same year I also received my National/Board Certification
through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and
Bodywork (NCBTMB.) I became a Reiki Master in 2006, and a Certified
Massage Therapist through the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC)
in 2009. Currently I am pursuing advanced studies in CranioSacral
Therapy at The Upledger Institute.
My modalities include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, and Chair Massage.
I offer therapeutic massage that is custom tailored to each client. I
specialize in pain relief, stress management, the reduction of scar
tissue and adhesions, energy balancing, and the expedited healing of
injuries.
