I have taken multiple Chair Massage classes, as well as worked events for Kneaded Experience Los Angeles. Also, I have experience working chair massage at the Montrose Harvest market.
Deep Tissue
I have taken Deep Tissue Classes at Hands on Healing Institute as part of my continuing education.
Pregnancy
I have been trained in pregnancy massage, particularly in the side positioning and draping to best accommodate the pregnant body.
Lymphatic Drainage
I am trained in both manual lymphatic drainage and lymphatic drainage through the use of Jade rollers.
Heated Stone Massage
I am trained in the use of heated stone therapy.
Chiropractic Education
I am currently enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program in the Southern California University of Health Sciences.
