I have specialized in traditional Thai massage and foot reflexology since 2004. A key different from western massage is that Thai massage is applied without oil and you will be fully clothed. Thai method uses pressure, muscle stretching. It utilizes not only the hands, but also the feet, knees and elbow. It is also performed on a mat/futon instead of a massage table. If you combined the massage with a healthy diet and regular exercise, it can make a real different to one's general health, mental attitude and well being.
