I became a State of Florida licensed massage therapist in 2007.  As a Certified NeuroMuscular Therapist and Certified Sports Massage Therapist, my experience in the past 10 years has been in the Medical Massage field.  I am experienced in treating chronic conditions such as sciatica, fibromyalgia, migraine headaches, tendonitis, rheumatoid arthritis, Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction and plantar fasciitis. In addition to being a competitive cyclist, I have worked with other athletes to relieve pain and speed recovery. The other acute conditions I have worked with include cervical whiplash, soft tissue sprains/strains, ecchymosis, disc herniations, and post-surgical scar tissue therapy. Leading Chiropractic physicians that I have worked with include: Dr. Yeomans (Orlando Spine & Joint), Dr. Hull (Winter Park Chiropractor), Dr. Watson (Watson Chiropractic), and Dr. King (King Health Center).  My professional approach is to educate the client with thorough communication and effective bodywork techniques, thus comfortably allowing the client to move from their treatment protocol into regularly scheduled massage therapy sessions and improved long term health.
