My name is Kate Kucera. I graduated massage school at the beginning of 2022. Since then, I have worked as a massage therapist while also pursuing continuing education in orthopedic, medical (MMP), and prenatal massage. At the end of July 2024 I will be certified in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). In general, my style of massage is a combination of Swedish, myofascial, and compression with some occasional stretching mixed in. I have had the blessing to learn and work with some amazing educators and therapists, and I love combining what I have learned to personalize each massage to target my clients specific goals. Whether you're overwhelmed by life and you need a relaxation massage to help you reset and to be able to breathe easier or whether you have painful areas from athletics or day to day pains from working at the office or at home I would love to work with you.
