I draw upon over a decade of knowledge in working with traditional Chinese medicine techniques, aryuvedic health practices, traditional thai massage techniques, and western styles. While I often give a specific style of massage, such as swedish, I also utilize techniques from Chinese tuina, acupressure, Japanese shiatsu techniques, or western deep tissue techniques and stretches.

My specialities are in Thai "yoga" massage and integrative massage which blends together all the techniques I have learned to best suit my clients needs.
