Kaylinn finds great importance in the many benefits that massage therapy offers. She focuses her

sessions on the individual needs of the client, offering Swedish massage, hot stone, deep tissue,
aromatherapy, and deep tissue massage. She combines these modalities, often all in one session, to give
her clients individualized and beneficial bodywork.
Kaylinn graduated from Higher Elevation Healing Arts School in the Vail Valley. There she received
the foundational education necessary to become a well-rounded therapist. She was presented with the
“Best Student” award in her class by the school's director, because of her focus and dedication to
learning and passion for massage. She is continually educating herself to further her knowledge and professional advancement. She recently completed prenatal massage certification, and enjoys working with expectant mothers.
In her practice, Kaylinn's focus is to relieve clients of discomfort associated with structural and
muscular problems typically related to repetitive motion issues, stress, and the daily activities that may
contribute. She teaches her clients about proper posture and movement, facilitating body awareness and
empowering the client so they can live in a body that moves with more freedom and less pain. She strives to make sure the goals of the client are met with each session.
Relaxation is such an important part of the healing process as well, and we continue to learn more how much health is affected by stress. Providing a haven of relaxation and peacefulness is another important element of beneficial bodywork. Kaylinn provides massage at her recently remodeled space in north Longmont, where she has a small farm surrounded by fields and a stunning view of the mountains. While tucked away in a small rural pocket of the area, it is still conveniently close to the central part of town.  Right away, it is easy to feel a sense of peace and relief in this sanctuary, and that is before the session has even begun!
When Kaylinn is not providing massage, she enjoys growing food, hiking with her dog, skiing, taking care of her chickens and pigs, going to concerts, and reading.
