Lauren Chriceol is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado. Originally a Louisiana native, she moved to Colorado on a mission to find personal health and wellness. She knew in order to better serve those around her, she needed to start from within. Surrounded by the majestic powers of the Rocky Mountains, she found just that.

In 2017, Lauren graduated from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Longmont, CO with 600+ hours of accelerated bodywork training. She now embarks on a promising career of empowering those around her to seek health and balance for themselves. She has found the most vital things she cherishes in life within the practice of massage therapy: art, compassion and healing. Genuinely connecting with others and striving to seek solutions to their personal health concerns is her mission. 

Lauren believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. She specializes in therapeutic massage with the intention of finding relief from pain. Her sessions involve an integrative approach, combining deep tissue massage, trigger point work, Swedish massage, stretching, myofascial work and joint manipulation. While firm pressure is her strength, relaxation and comfort are still the ideal goal.
