Jeff has worked with runners and track & field athletes of all ages and abilities for the past 20 years in various coaching roles.  Recently, he added a massage therapist license to his coaching toolbox.  Additionally, Jeff was a competitive runner with a career that spanned two decades.  These experiences give him a unique perspective when helping an athlete prepare for or return to competition.

ALTIS - Performance Therapy Program

This course was conducted with ALTIS, an elite athlete and coaching training and education center in Phoenix, AZ. The program taught coaches and practitioners key aspects of observing athlete movement and administering therapeutic inputs geared at reducing injury and increasing performance outcomes.

Jeff did an eval on my daughter and was very thorough and took the time to really understand the issue. After our first visit, he not only came up with the cause of the issue, he put together a plan for her to do her own self therapy. The plan is realistic and we look forward to working with Jeff in the future. Jeff was highly recommended to us and I would do the same. Will use again!

Awesome experience with Jeff. He fit my son in on a very short notice and was extremely helpful in getting him back to competition. If your have a sports injury I would highly recommend Jeff.
