Teaching

While teaching massage at the Academy of Natural Therapy, I received a certificate in honor of the work I did teaching to the At-Risk Student.

Chair Massage

Over my years in practice I have worked with large companies such as IBM, and KIng Soopers providing chair massage for employee appreciation and wellness days. I have also created massage teams to attend local races to provide complimentary chair massage to the runners. I personally provided both chair and office massage to the professional musicians involved with the Chautauqua Music Festival in Boulder, 2006-2013. Worked back stage at SOBO Music Festival in 2005 providing table massage to the participating bands.

I began seeing Heather 16 months ago for weekly headaches. I was living on Ibuprofen and my prescription medication. I had her focus on my shoulders, upper back, and up my neck. At first I was going 2x a month and after several months, noticed a dramatic decrease in my headaches. I am now on the maintenance plan and seeing her 1x a month. I haven't had to take my prescription med or Ibuprofen, and can honestly say my headaches are more of a rarity than they were. I plan to continue my monthly massage because that is a far better plan for me instead of taking meds. I would highly recommend Heather! She is very good at what she does, and can find my target spots easily. Lori
