In addition to my bodywork practice, I'm a Certified Clinical Musician, and I love to play harp in the hospital, hospice or home for patients needing to heal.  I offer sound healing with crystal singing bowls at The Meditation Place in Longmont (www.themeditationplace.org) once a month, as well as taking the bowls to clients' homes for private sessions.

I've completed all the Visceral Manipulation courses offered by the Barral Institute, and continue to study the material- it's extensive, since the body is exquisitely complex! I've also earned certification as a Clinical Musician; I play my harps for people in home, hospital or hospice to help them heal through the power of music.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly healing and transformative experience! I had such a wonderful experience with Christina at Sound Heals Holistic Health. I went in with a very stiff neck and significant shoulder pain that had been causing muscle spasms in my arm for about two weeks. Christina performed a cranial massage, and her intuitive gift for healing made the experience feel especially therapeutic and powerful. After the session, I felt noticeably lighter and more relaxed. Most importantly, the muscle spasms were gone! I still had a tiny bit of pressure and tension, but the relief I experienced was incredible. Christina has a calming presence and a truly special gift. I’m very grateful for her care and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic healing experience. 💜

Immersive, meditative, melodic, surprising, revealing. A dance unfolding tiny nuances of sensations, and deeper awareness of listening. Christina weaves intuition, tones and her beautiful sound makers sort of tuning my body. Fascinating!
