Stefanie Layman, LMT is a New Jersey licensed massage therapist. She graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Red Bank, NJ in 2007. At ITM she completed the Massage and Bodywork Program, which focuses on Anatomy & Physiology of the body, Myology, Pathologies and various different massage modalities. She has much experience with Swedish, Medical, Neuromuscular massage. She uses various modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, reflexology, advanced stretching and energetic techniques to address the needs of each client. Her decade of experience and knowledge of the body make her a wonderful practitioner.

Stefanie is also a Graduate of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies, and is in the process of becoming a clinical Herbalist to further her desire to help those in pain. In her free time she renews her spirit with nature hikes, gardening with family and dancing to live music with friends.
