In 2000, I began my holistic health journey with an immense belief that our bodies have the innate ability to heal itself, when given the proper self-care.  "If you give your body what it needs, it will never need for anything."  Massage school opened a whole new world for me and my passion grew.  I was inspired!

With my early career training in Clinical Massage Therapy and Shiatsu and more recent training in Lymphatic Drainage, Healing Touch and Ayurveda,  I aim to provide a personalized experience for each guest, using a therapeutic approach along with healing energy, to create harmony body, mind and spirit. I am committed to providing genuine care, helping you to understand your bodies needs, educating and creating a platform from which you can build your personalized health program.

Today, I am providing Massage and Ayurveda services In two beautiful locations.  Sacred Roots Holistic Health & The Sanctuary Wellness Center & Yoga Studio where my devotion to touch the life’s of others is cultivated, and my continued journey for self-awareness is nourished.  As the rebranding of my life and my business begins and I move forward on my path, with an open heart and excited for what’s to come!
