If you have been to other massage therapists then you may already know that a lot of places have a formula and that is the routine they follow.
Jose first listens and helps sort out your areas of need and your goals. He is also very good at finding areas you did not realize were tense and needed relief there.
I have been seeing Jose for several years. He is part of my wellness team.
