Lizzy is incredibly skilled at finding muscles that need to be released. It is such a treat to have a massage with her. She is by far the best at massage therapy! You will feel relaxed long after a visit.

Lizzy provided a phenomenal, extremely therapeutic massage session. Her expert skillset & intuitive nature allowed her to locate the specific spot that my pains from which my pain originated. She is extremely mindful of preferred pressure and my immediate and overall comfort.
