I have been practicing reiki for over three years now as I work towards my Masters to become a Reiki Master.  Reiki is a form of energy healing that deals with the chakras, Chakras are linked to certain parts of your physical body which can cause illnesses and pain, usually this is the last effort of your body trying to tell you something is wrong The idea of reiki is that we all have a life force energy that flows through us. When you life force energy is low; or a chakra is blocked, you can become ill or feel pain in your body.
