Following my personal quest to pursue a career that would be both fulfilling and hands on, lead me to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist over 13 years ago. Shortly after graduating, I had the amazing opportunity to share my passion and knowledge by educating future massage therapists. I'll never forget or tire from seeing the "AHA!" moment that radiates across student's faces once something clicks. I carry my passion of educating into my massage practice by working with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, specific to their needs and session goals.  Throughout this process there will be time to learn the "how's" therapeutic massage is beneficial in addition to leaving every session with a customized home care plan (stretching, foam rolling, mobility exercises etc). 

When I'm not massing, I enjoy spending my time in ature with my kids (Luciano 6, and Hannah 4). Kayaking, hiking, swimming, practicing yoga, meditation, CrossFit, gardening, concerts, dancing, and crafting are all hobbies I enjoy!
